• Email address — used to create your account, deliver access and provide support.
• Payment and purchase records — such as transaction identifiers, amount, currency, purchase date, receipt links and refund status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Questionnaire answers — the information you enter about your skills, experience, interests, available time, resources and goals.
• Generated reports — the business income idea reports created for you, stored in your account so you can view them again.
• Authentication and account information — sign-in links, session information and account timestamps.
• Technical and security information — such as IP address, device/browser information, and logs used to keep the service secure and available.
• AI usage information — model used, token counts and processing cost per report, needed to operate, monitor and budget the service.

Information stored in your account, including your questionnaire answers and reports, is associated with your account and your email address. We do not claim that this information is anonymous.

• Processing purchases and confirming payment.
• Providing account access and signing you in.
• Generating your personalized reports from your questionnaire answers.
• Storing purchased reports so you can view them again without using another report credit.
• Providing customer support.
• Security, abuse and fraud prevention.
• Meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• Improving the reliability and quality of the service, where legally permitted.

Questionnaire answers are processed to generate personalized AI recommendations. Your answers are sent to our AI inference provider so a report can be produced for you, and are stored with the resulting report in your account.

We use service providers to operate the service. Where necessary for these purposes, they process data on our behalf:

• Payment processing provider — to take payment and issue receipts.
• Hosting and database provider — to run the application and store your account, purchases, answers and reports.
• Authentication provider — to send sign-in links and manage sessions.
• AI model / inference provider — to generate your personalized report from your answers.

We do not sell your personal data. Beyond these providers, we share data only where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We describe providers by their role rather than making claims about their individual certifications or legal arrangements that we have not independently verified.

Account data, questionnaire answers and reports are kept while your account exists so you can access reports you have paid for. Purchase and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law. You can ask us to delete your account data, and the dashboard also offers an account data deletion action; records we are legally required to retain (such as transaction records) are kept for the required period.

Access to reports, credits and answers is restricted to your own account through server-side access rules. Payment card data never reaches our servers. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please keep access to your email account protected, since sign-in links are delivered by email.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. In Latvia this is the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the legal transfer mechanisms available under applicable data protection law.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
